The öztan de is a standard farm-type hammer-type feed grinding machine. Thanks to the motor running at 3.000 rpm and the 360° screens, it grinds in a dust-free environment without spoiling the grain's nutritional value.
Structural Information
- The hammer-type feed grinding machine operates with 1 motor of 7,5 kW or 11 kW (as preferred) at a speed of 3.000 rpm.
- There are 36 stepped angular hammers on the mill body.
- The screens are 360°; depending on need, varieties with 4 / 6 / 8 mm hole diameters are used.
Operation and Maintenance Notes
- Wait until the started motor reaches full speed.
- There are 36 hammers in the mill.
- The hammers have 4 corners, and as they wear, all 4 corners are used.
- The screens are 360°, and the grinding fineness is selected according to the characteristics of the product to be ground.
