Our dosing-silo feed plants are connected to the feed grinding and mixing machine and are used manually or with dosing automation.
Automation and Formulation Capacity
- In our dosing-automation systems, feed can be made with 80 different formulas loaded into a system connected to 16 silos.
- In manual use, the desired ration can be applied by following the display of the electronic scale.
- In manual monitoring, the risk of ration error depends entirely on the operator's attention.
The feed produced in this system is used by being bagged directly. If manual is preferred instead of automation, labor costs increase somewhat.
How Requests Are Evaluated
After feed-plant requests are discussed and needs are determined, the preliminary studies to be carried out by our company are decided as a result of mutual discussions with the customer, and then the contract stage is reached.
