Feed Preparation Plants Catalog
Catalog of farm-type and cooperative-type feed preparation plants.
Mill + mixer + bagging + electronic scale together — a compact farm plant in 4 m² of space.
Feed accounts for 70% of the overall costs of livestock farming, which is the foundation of the agricultural economy. No livestock operation can set the selling price of the milk, meat and eggs it produces. The only way to run a profitable livestock business is for the operator to produce their own feed.
With the Dosing Feed Plant — in which the mill, mixer, bagging and electronic scale you need for feed production all work together, with a 4 m² footprint and a height of 3 m — all cattle, poultry and small-ruminant feeds are produced.
You can carry out this production with a single person. The machine runs on very low energy; its maintenance and periodic repairs can be done with farm resources.
Feed accounts for 70% of the overall costs of livestock operations. Operations that produce their own feed achieve a 20–25% saving in feed production costs.
